An Ohio native, Emily earned her Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University in 2002, following a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Miami University. She has built her career in Miami focusing on family law, probate, and estate planning — and has seen firsthand what happens to families when a plan isn’t in place. Emily is a member of The Florida Bar and the Dade County Bar Association, and is an active board member of Kidside, a nonprofit supporting families navigating divorce and paternity cases.
