The Legal Intake Specialist is responsible for speaking with potential clients and guiding
them through the first step of the legal process.

This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to identify
legal needs while maintaining a structured intake process.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and online inquiries
  • Conduct structured intake interviews with potential clients
  • Gather detailed case information
  • Schedule consultations with attorneys
  • Enter accurate information into CRM systems (HubSpot / Clio)
  • Follow up with prospective clients
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy with individuals experiencing stressful life
    situations

Qualifications

  • Prior intake or customer service experience required
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using CRM systems

Non-Attorney Sales Specialist
