Jessika Interian focuses her practice on probate, guardianship, estate planning, and civil litigation. She also brings extensive experience in family law, having represented clients in high-conflict matters involving divorce, child custody, and equitable distribution.
Before joining Miami Family Law Group, Ms. Interian served as the lead litigation attorney at a boutique South Florida firm, where she managed all aspects of the firm’s family and civil litigation cases. She also previously worked at a large insurance defense firm, handling a broad range of premises liability and general negligence matters.
Ms. Interian brings a calm, assertive approach to advocacy, helping clients navigate emotionally complex legal matters with clarity and empathy.
She earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she was named to the Dean’s List in multiple semesters. She received her bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Florida International University.
A South Florida native, Ms. Interian is fluent in Spanish and is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective representation to her clients.
