Kristine has worked with Miami Family Law Group since 2022 as a paralegal until being promoted to Operations Manager in June of 2023.

Kristine has the privilege of working closely with cross-functional team members, collaborating on critical projects, and implementing strategic solutions. Effective leadership is the central theme of her career, and she is a firm believer in empowering and mentoring team members to reach their full potential.

When Kristine is not immersed in her managerial duties, she enjoys spending time with her family, animals, reading, traveling, and acting as a tourist in her own city.
