Bio

Attorney Amelia-Lyn Warchal brings a combination of litigation experience and strong empathy for clients to help them navigate the often difficult terrain of domestic relations law developed over the last fifteen years. Though possessing experience in various areas of law, including bankruptcy, criminal and family-based immigration, Attorney Warchal has focused exclusively on domestic relations for over a decade. She is a zealous advocate for her clients at all stages in the litigation process.

Attorney Warchal has practiced in Massachusetts since 2007 and relocated to Miami, Florida in February 2022 when joining Miami Family Law Group. Attorney Warchal attended Barry University in Miami Shores graduating in 2003, and then Suffolk University Law School in Boston, graduating in 2007. In addition to being admitted in Massachusetts and Florida she is admitted in the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

In Massachusetts Attorney Warchal was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and was a member of the Greater Boston Family Law Inn of Court, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the Massachusetts Bar Association. She is currently a member of the Florida Bar Association Family Law Section.
